The place is very renowned and the quality of the ice cream is really good. The service is often a bit slow, furthermore dogs are not allowed in the restaurant (which is why I don't give 5 stars) and this - if one doesn't notice the sign on the door - is reiterated with a certain rudeness.

I visited this ice cream shop and my experience was disappointing. Unfortunately, the staff was rude and inattentive. The lack of courtesy negatively affected my visit, ruining the pleasure of enjoying the ice cream. I hope the management can improve customer service to make the experience more enjoyable for everyone.

Very good ice cream, even according to my friends. Various flavors available. Very friendly and helpful staff. Prices in line with the quality offered and with the competition. If I return to Cervia I will stop by again.

19/09/2023: Původně jsme hledali hotel s výhledem na moře.. Později jsme zjistili že se zrovna v datum naší dovolené koná Iron Man závod a bylo spousta obsažených hotelu. Vybrali jsme Parco a byli jsme více než spokojeni! Vzali jsme Delux pokoj se supr dřevěnou terasou a vířivkou. Snídaně absolutně vyhovující ale především nesmírně ochotny a milý personál. 🙏 Spousta místa na parkování kolem hotelu (dostanete hotelovou parkovací kartou). Na pláž to máte doslova 1,5minuty chůze a navíc je v úrovni hotelu supr Attila Beach club rest.. (supr jídlo a obsluha) Děkujeme za krásnou dovolenou 🤜🤛
