Good food but I do not recommend the outside room from Monday to Thursday. The staff doesn't care about the customers and for a bottle of water it takes 30/35 minutes if they bring it! I was very disappointed having been for a birthday.

And the second time I go there, excellent meat, especially the picanha. Welcoming and tidy, the flaw is that the dishes arrive delayed, the meat and side dishes arrive at totally separate times.

Gauchos was a pleasant discovery. Meat reigns here, with a truly wide choice. And with a prevalence of Argentine proposals. The first courses aren't bad either (the cacio e pepe is up to par with the best Roman taverns). Good selection of wines. Hispanic and non-Hispanic. Attentive and kind staff.

Forse troppa ressa Format non convincente Attesa eterna per un risultato sotto le aspettative. Carne leggermente bruciacchiata. Analogo discorso per la focaccia che accompagnava gli antipasti. Probabilmente visto il pienone qualcosa non ha funzionato. Riproveremo.

15/05/2024: Great place and great products! Very knowledgeable staff, I recommend it!
12/05/2024: Excellent selection of craft beers, super service, the guy presented them all to us and advised us which beer to accompany based on what we wanted to eat. The food is also very good, the menu is not too broad but particular. I got the hamburger, very good meat, it also has many special sauces to accompany the chips. We will be back to try the other beers!!

05/04/2024: Must go at least once. The outdoor park also makes it ideal for children
03/04/2024: Exceptional food quality and very friendly staff. I went for the first time on August 15th 2023 and I also returned on Easter Monday 2024 because of how good I was. For me, as I have celiac disease, it has become one of my favorite places to eat, I would go back every weekend!
