Gasthof Steinegg In Tirolo

We took a leisurely hiking break at the Steinegg inn. Bacon/cheese were very tasty. Staff very friendly. We are strengthened and continue our hike.

Hiked from the Leiteralm to the Steinegg inn and stopped here. Very nice stay here. There was enough space to choose from, inside and outside. We sat outside on the terrace. Service came quickly, was friendly and patient. Drinks and food also came in a reasonable time. Prices completely okay. Sanitary facilities very clean and modern. We felt very comfortable.

Warm friendly staff. Maybe we were just unlucky with the lamb, it was very tough. Unfortunately, the bacon dumplings were also very firm. The sanitary facilities are immaculate.

....our place of longing for 40 years...unforgettable for everyone who has ever been here... - promise...- (see my video...from today, September 25th, 2023...without a cloud 25 degrees ...with a view of Bolzano and the Dolomites) ...so wonderful...plus for 50 years: a very lovely Tyrolean family, now in the 2nd generation... and of course: perfectly prepared Tyrolean cuisine.. . just great !!! THANK YOU for your efforts in keeping all of this ready for us so high up...

Auf 1450 Meter Höhe schmeckt so ein Kaiserschmarrn einfach kaiserlich.

Gulasch ist wirklich sehr lecker und würzig gewesen. Hier kann man den besten Kaiserschmarren essen. Schon alleine die Aussicht ist atemberaubend

Sehr schöner Blick auf Meran. Man sitzt dort echt gemütlich. Wir wurden freundlich bedient. Das Essen hat uns wirklich gut geschmeckt. Wir sind von der Leiter Alm über den Meraner Höhenweg dorthin gewandert. Schwindelfrei sein ist vorteilhaft. Aber dann lohnt sich der Weg. Wunderschön.
