Stunning restaurant with excellent food

We went for lunch with a group of about twenty-five. We booked the Piedmontese fried dish for some non-Piedmontese friends who wanted to try it. And this restaurant has an ancient tradition of fried food, confirmed as excellent. Precise, fast, professional, excellent service. Quality of the product offered and truly elegant mis en place. Of course, you have to go and look for it, but for this all you need is a map and… it's worth the trip. Excellent value for money.

I am writing this review because I am annoyed by the lack of care in the service. If the lady doesn't feel like it, stay at home. Completely abandoned to ourselves because she had to go home. Account unclear. It's a shame.

We were just today at the Garibaldi restaurant. I had to organize my 1974 draft party and my conscripts gave me carte blanche on the restaurant. I didn't have a moment's hesitation and I booked here, at the Garibaldi restaurant in Cisterna d'Asti. As always a guarantee of success. The food is excellent, even superlative, their mixed fried food is the best, but in any case everything we were served was super, with high quality raw materials. The place is elegant but at the same time familiar, the service is always impeccable and the price is more than honest. In short, if you want to eat and drink well, you can't go wrong, choose the Garibaldi restaurant.

Restaurant visited at the end of the year alone after spotting it during a summer motorbike ride, welcomed at the last minute with great kindness. A place that immediately transports you to another era, the furnishings and equipment take you back at least 50 years: beautiful. The guys in the room were friendly and helpful, quick with service. There is little to say about the food, everything is delicious and with generous portions; comparing what is served to the prices you are even more amazed. An honorable mention goes to the financier, tasty but absolutely not heavy. Basic wine list but in full traditional style, nice to be able to also find good quality mezze! A lunch that I still remember after some time, it's good here and I absolutely recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

L'albergo Garibaldi è un luogo d'altri tempi, davvero bello ed affascinante. Il servizio non mi è piaciuto, la carta non esiste, la signora molto poco empatica che è venuta a prendere le ordinazioni dava per scontato che sapessimo che il loro forte sono il giro di antipasti... ci è stato detto che avevano anche del tartufo ma non ci è stato proposto di vederli o di sapere il prezzo... Il ristorante, abbiamo scoperto alla fine del conto non è caro, ma il personale non mette il cliente a proprio agio nell'ordinare senza una carta (non dovrebbe essere obbligatorio?). Detto questo il cibo era davvero molto buono, ottimo l'antipasto e buonissimi i tajarin. una vasta ed interessante lista dei vini che sono il punto forte della zona. Prezzi buoni (scontrino generico senza la specifica delle voci). Non capisco tutta questa omertà nei confronti dei prezzi..
