Gallinero is the perfect restaurant if you are looking for quality, professionalism and hospitality. I have always been greeted with great warmth by the staff, who always paid attention to my table from the moment I sat down to the moment I stood up. The menu is very varied and each dish is always plentiful and excellent in taste. A special mention for the chef, Mimmo, a great captain of a ship that navigates perfectly in the world of catering.

I ate the shank, tender and tasty, the cockerel isn't bad either, but they should also have "normal" ones for those who don't like spicy food.
One star less for the food for this reason.

Good food, friendly staff, but shameful that with the side dishes you have to pay for extra sauces, with the cutlet not even a slice of lemon included and you pay the cover charge when they don't bring any bread, salt etc... Calculating the medium-high prices .
