Fusion Restaurant In Lecce

Very refined environment but above all the service is truly excellent, the food is also highly refined in the use of raw materials.

I have been frequenting this restaurant since the beginning, I have always been a big fan of their philosophy and their cuisine. Over the years I have witnessed their high moments (very high) but alas also their lows. From my last experience (I hadn't been there for a few years) I had the impression of a restaurant looking for redemption with the desire to cling to those periods of undisputed glory! But none of this unfortunately. Minimal furnishings with soft lighting are not enough to mask the years of the location, which in my opinion would require a real (radical) renovation. Ok the scented courtesy napkin, the guys in the room do their best to make you feel like you are in a high quality restaurant, but unfortunately the substance is missing!!! And it's not just a factor of, do you eat well or do you eat badly, because after all the cuisine isn't bad, the ingredients are of good quality and the dishes are prepared well... nothing more is enough. I'm sorry to leave this review, considering that I have wonderful memories in this restaurant, but the comparison with past years is necessary and insurmountable for me.

The soft lights and the minimal style of the room make it truly welcoming and pleasant. Nothing to say about the quality of the sushi. Everything really good, fresh and quality. Very courteous and welcoming staff. The only sore point: we had to wait an hour and a half before the order arrived at our table. Confidence for next time! We will definitely be back!

Lunch with friends. Peaceful, quiet and slightly informal environment. Excellent sushi. Possibility to eat totally vegetarian. Friendly and efficient staff. Dishes with generous portions. Not suitable for children.

In purely qualitative terms it is the best sushi with paper orders in Lecce. There is no all you can eat formula. Obviously you have to pay to eat in certain places, on average for a full lunch you spend around 50 euros per person.

Se vuoi assaggiare la cucina tipica giapponese, questo è il posto giusto. Personale cortese - sebbene abbiamo aspettato un'ora per farci sedere -, servizio veloce e prezzi non troppo alti. Parliamo pur sempre di un ristorante alla carta, non siamo in un all you can eat.

Cliente fissa da anni.. Purtroppo però non è il locale di una volta. La cucina non è la stessa e si sente. Mi dispiace perché era il mio preferito.
