Fujiyama Sushi In Iglesias

Place located in the municipality of Iglesias in a central street and with other activities nearby. Various seats and the possibility of sitting outdoors. The place is tidy and well looked after. The owner offers sushi, which her collaborators skillfully prepare. the waiters are kind and helpful. the food is well plated and has varied flavours. in the restaurant there is a bar area where you can taste national and even Chinese liqueurs, and it is also easy to find parking.

The dishes were not exceptional, the service was a bit poor with staff who clearly didn't want to work but I understand why the restaurant was very hot there. Not all our dishes arrived at the table because the service is not very confusing.

Traveling to Sardinia this summer is the "hottest" plan I've ever made. I was lucky enough to come across this restaurant. The decor is Japanese style, the dishes are fresh and delicious, the service is fast and the waiters are very kind and friendly. A cold beer paired with delicious food saved my life from this damn heat.
