Il 27 Aprile ho portato alcuni famigliari di mia moglie dalla Sicilia a trascorrere una giornata ai Castelli Romani,esattamente ad Ariccia, località di eccellenza per la gastronomia Romana e soprattutto per la sua fama della Porchetta. Ovviamente non potevo non soffermarmi in una trattoria del luogo  o meglio come viene chiamata a Roma “FRASCHETTA”  e non potevo non scegliere ” L'OSTE DI ARICCIA”  già da molti anni fedele cliente.  Questa fraschetta è un autentico gioiello culinario che celebra la tradizione romana con maestria. Mentre veniamo accompagnati dalla musica,  con una rapida comparsa,del cabarettista Max De Feo con i suoi stornelli Romaneschi a Rima, cominciamo ad assaggiate la loro porchetta croccante e succulenta che si scioglie letteralmente in bocca, tenerissima, gli antipasti con formaggi, mozzarella di bufala, fagioli e altri salumi vari sono già un autentico preludio ai piatti che vengono serviti con i primi e secondi. Si possono scegliere due diversi menù. Il primo di 15 euro mentre il secondo di 18 con scelta di antipasti più abbondanti per il secondo e la scelta tra un primo o un secondo, bevande escluse. La scelta dei primi ovviamente riguarda la pasta alla carbonara un vero e proprio inno alla cremosità e all'autenticità, all’amatriciana saporita e gustosa, alla cacio e pepe, alla gricia, pappardelle al cinghiale, rigatoni gricia e ricotta, mentre i secondi sono presenti gli arrosticini, bistecca di maiale o salsicce, insomma un vero e proprio tripudio di gusto. Il vino proposto della casa è un accompagnamento perfetto, esaltando ogni morso ad ogni sorso. Complimenti a NAOMI gentilissima nell’accogliere i clienti e al suo STAFF, sempre cordiale e gentile, pronto ad esaudire ogni richiesta pur in giornate veramente affollate. Se volete trascorrere una giornata all’insegna del buon cibo e allegria, allora vi consiglio la “FRASCHETTA L’OSTE DI ARICCIA” un'esperienza gastronomica indimenticabile che trasporta i sensi direttamente nelle strade di Roma.

Nice characteristic place in one of the most beautiful Castelli Romani, Ariccia. Attractive prices and an interesting menu which includes an appetizer, not to be missed, and a choice of first or second course. All washed down with the characteristic Romanella, a light red wine. Both internal and external seats. Advised

SPECTACULAR FROM EVERY POINT OF VIEW! Let me start by saying that I chose this fraschetta to celebrate with my close family of the highest degree (we were 40 people!) from an incipit that was very important for me, the owner was the only one among all (I have heard various fraschettas obviously) who understood my economic needs, my desire to make everyone feel good, without big demands. In the agreed menu we included everything necessary to make everyone feel good, without exaggeration, at least that's what I thought. Immense availability even with the times because in the end we started eating at 2.30pm, I repeat, 40 people. avalanches of dishes arrive, each product better than the other, the level of the products they use is excellent, the romanella is then exceptional and goes down well. Excellent first Romans, someone had the courage to ask for an encore XD The owner who has been renamed Borghetto by us (given the strong resemblance to the well-known actor Borghi) is a really easy-going person, available and attentive to everything, furthermore the place is extremely pleasant, because it mixes the rustic style typical of the fraschetta , with a finer and more delicate taste, and above all full of greenery inside. To finish the boys served us dessert and coffee and in all this Borghetto even gave me a bottle of romanella, what can I say... There is no other fraschetta outside of the INSTATE DI ARICCIA!
