The difference usher for lunch, and a sensorial journey of flavors and combinations. I don't want to describe the dishes because they are all to be discovered. A pleasure for the palate. I will definitely come back.
Finally I had dinner in the 'Fork' bistro part of the starred restaurant Dal Corsaro. They have an à la carte menu and a tasting menu (€70 I think). I chose 3 courses from the à la carte menu, culurgiones, pork capocollo and sbrisolona. Also abundant and delicious dishes, quality and fresh ingredients. The modern/classic contrast between the two rooms (bistro and restaurant) is very beautiful. I will definitely return to try the tasting at the Dal Corsaro restaurant.
The staff were very friendly, especially the chef's mother was very welcoming and helpful.
On Sunday we had lunch at the Fork restaurant and like the other times we had a very good time. We tried the new menu which did not disappoint our expectations.
The starters were excellent, among all the tomato packet stuffed with raw sea bass struck me for its freshness and balance of flavours; The roasted octopus and beef tartare are also excellent.
Among the first courses we opted for the homemade spaghetti with anchovies and lemon, creamy and with a delicate taste. The second courses and the sweet delicacies with which we concluded the meal were also excellent.
The owner was always very kind and made us feel at home.
