High quality of raw materials. Slightly long waiting times. The cooking of the meat was excellent. Innovative first courses, perhaps a little risky. Nice location. Excellent service.

Lovely restaurant just outside the historical walls. Food was local dishes and served beautifully with great wine recommendations. The prices were also fair for the food.

Respectable gastronomic experience with a large selection of very innovative and delicious appetizers. Traditional first and second courses but not only. Leave some space for dessert, like a reinvented super trifle.

28/04/2024: Quite expensive compared to the average for the area. And then if nowadays a restaurateur can't read the VAT scan to give you an invoice, it's a bit retro.
28/04/2024: Nice restaurant and welcoming staff. We ate a typical appetizer of cured meats and cheeses and delicious wild boar pappardelle. The dessert was also good and coffee and grappa were offered on the house.
