Nous avions réservé une table ce que je vous conseille de faire, car c’est assez fréquenté. Nous sommes arrivés parmi les premiers et à cause d’une confusion entre les deux serveurs qui pensaient que l’autre s’occupait de notre table, Finalement, nous avons pu commander notre pizza dans les derniers. Nous avons commandé une pizza en étoile avec quatre saveurs et une pizza Angi à la saucisse de Toscane. La pizza en étoile s’est retrouvée très peu garnie et avec beaucoup de pâtes. La seconde était beaucoup trop gardée en oignon qui ont lâché beaucoup d’eau. Du coup la pâte au milieu est devenue une vraie soupe. La pâte est globalement bonne et les produits frais mais franchement on est assez déçu.

This is the best pizza I've found in Florence. Served two ways - neapolitan style (round) or pan-style (rectangular, crispy) the flavors of the toppings are amazing! The dough is flavorful as well and so digestible. Highly recommend, reserve a table in advance if you can.

A fantastic pizza dough. Wine with 90s music also worked. We liked it very much. Tiramisu was great.

04/03/2024: I always go there in the summer many times. I can assure you that the ice cream is DEVASTATING! I recommend that if you are on holiday in Impruneta, come to this ice cream shop. For me, the best in the entire municipality of Impruneta.

27/12/2023: Really very nice bistro! We celebrated our little one's baptism in a warm environment immersed in the splendid Tuscan hills. Excellent food of great quality and abundance, always available service that never left anything to chance. We highly recommend relying on Cinzia, as she offers a super complete package in which participants only have to think about having fun!
