Fermenteria In Bassano del grappa

Great experience in that very friendly restaurant ! Everything is fresh & homemade. It is worth to walk a little bit out of the touristic area to discover that place.

Looking for a place to have lunch during a short trip to Bassano, we chose the Fermenteria after a quick Google search, seeing the positive reviews. In short: it definitely deserves positive reviews. Excellent food (we had the bruschetta with soft-boiled egg and tuna belly, then different first courses for each), excellent and friendly service and a price appropriate to the level of the food. Truly a nice discovery. Probably an encore 😀

Excellent menu. Everyone in the restaurant is very kind. Overall it gives you an experience, it's not just a meal. Fair price. Worth trying and coming back.

A pleasant surprise in Bassano del Grappa just a few minutes from the Ponte Vecchio. An excellent quality of ingredients, alternative organic dishes, a warm and smiling welcome, a phenomenal tiramisu and a superlative anise liqueur, offered to us at the end of dinner.

A gem on the map of Bassano - a fresh place, founded and run with passion, focused on the idea of ​​fresh, local products and dishes in a modern and very creative, ecological version. EVERYTHING prepared on site, no compromises. This results in amazing taste and quality of dishes. A small, perfectly balanced menu, fair wine prices. Additionally, a minimalist and fresh look of the interior and very nice staff - you feel at home, great energy of the people and the place. The philosophy of sustainable sourcing and preparation of dishes and running a business should be an example for everyone! I don't remember when I enjoyed a meal so much at this somewhat ossified Bassano. Congratulations, keep it up!

We went for lunch and had a really great meal! Smiling and friendly, a place where you feel very comfortable. If you are in the area we highly recommend it.

Booked at the last minute for New Year's Eve and it was a great experience! A la carte menu all excellent, I'll be back!

The brined pork coppa was the best and most exceptional dish I've ever eaten so far!

Ambiente essenziale e solare. Servizio buono ed accogliente. Filosofia del mangiare sano, senza sprechi ed etico. I cibi sono naturali. Buona la cucina. Un po' caro secondo me.
