IT IS LOCATED IN THE CASTELLACCIO CONTRADA taking the crossroads for FRAGINESI, the one near the former New York pizzeria. Only 100 meters from the junction. The pizza chef is unique. I spoke with him about the different flours he uses and the great hydration he ensures to the dough. The mixed fried food and the particular fried calzone that they prepare as an appetizer are also excellent.

Good variety of pizzas. Kindness and courtesy of the owner. The cassatelle are good. Clean and functional environment. Good value for money.
