I was with friends last Saturday, mindful of my wife's words that she had enjoyed an aperitif with friends. we ranged from the platter of cured meats and cheeses (an absolute search for the excellence of the raw materials) which were delicious and unique. we then moved on to the main course, as far as I'm concerned the risotto I ate was of the highest quality (cheese risotto with carrot cream and roast sauce) I reported to the restaurant manager the compliments to the Chef who was absent that evening, but I see that his drumming has maintained a very high level, the desserts are also excellent, congratulations to the whole team, I will definitely be back!

Excellent restaurant with traditional Italian cuisine executed very well. Varied meat menu. And fish with homemade desserts. Simple but varied wine list. We had lunch outside on a beautiful sunny day in the outdoor area

Last night I discovered this place that I had been hearing about for some time. We had booked a few days before. Run by very smart guys, we had an aperitif. Exquisite and appetizing food. Wine chosen, a Barbaresco, excellent. We will return for dinner

Sono stata in questo locale due giorni fa col mio compagno, non è la prima volta e torno sempre con gran piacere. Questa volta abbiamo optato per una carrellata di gigie (stupende, le vorrei anche a colazione!) E per le loro famosissime tartare(volevo assaggiarle tutte, ma abbiamo scelto quella all'arancia e quella al salmone). Devo dire che è difficile trovare un'attenzione tale ai dettagli, alla freschezza delle materie prime e alla presentazione, è evidente la cura che il personale infonde in ciò che fa. So che hanno aperto da poco anche un altro locale, quindi forza ragazzi che ve la meritate tutta! Più tartare per tutti!!

31/03/2024: I was in this characteristic restaurant a stone's throw from the Basilica of Sant'Ambrogio, with a friend for a business lunch. The environment is very nice, there is a nice welcoming atmosphere, but it is a bit small and to make room for a few more seats the tables are really very close together. The staff is attentive, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, the menu is vast, the dishes are excellently cooked, however...don't expect exaggerated quantities...we took two cuts, two desserts and two glasses of wine (excellent). The cut was truly exceptional, but the slices were too thin in my opinion. Too bad about the price, in line with slices of other thickness, on the other hand we are in the center of Milan and not in the Tuscan countryside... however, if in the area, definitely worth a try.

01/04/2024: I don't know what they put in Valerio's pizzas but they have something special. If you want to eat a slice of flying pizza this is the right bakery. The rest is always worthy of a bakery, I really appreciate the staff who are always smiling and helpful at any time.
