Excellent sandwich shop/brewery, I often go there for lunch too. Varied and quality menu for workers. In the evening you can enjoy excellent sandwiches or grilled meat.

Excellent quality-price-quantity ratio. Non-industrial bread. Interesting menu with some unusual surprises for a pub. Abundant doses. Staff at times grumpy, but fun. Often crowded.

Pasticceria Caffé Pirona

03/04/2024: One of the historic venues in Trieste, where you can fully breathe the Central European atmosphere. Small, but very nice with some tables outside. The coffee is of absolute excellence. Excellent classic desserts with plenty of room for imagination.... The service was accurate. Prices are high, but in line with other places of the same level.
29/03/2024: Sacher very good and the girl at the counter really kind; single portion "Sole" ricotta, lemon and salted caramel, particular and tasty.
