Very cool wine bar for an aperitivo. The place have that old tavern style and look very authentic. The owner was very kind with us.

Definitely go in here when you’re in Bologna!!! Such a wonderful atmosphere, incredibly kind owner… and of course delicious wine and food! Couldn’t recommend more.

Good and rich aperitif in a rustic and quiet location

Dal Mauri and Dem is like staying at home in slippers in the company of beautiful bowls and lots of friendliness. When I pass through the center I never miss the opportunity to stop for a glass, two slices of mortazza and a chat. You can also experience the real Bologna by frequenting the places and people who make their profession an art form!

While passing by, I randomly entered a bar that made me feel very warm. A perfect bar to become a regular. We drank Aperol spritz for 5 euros. Salty cookies and salami were also served as treats. Grazie :)

A magical place, the host is always ready with selected wines and excellent quality cured meats. Once you enter, you never want to leave. Highly recommended!!!
