Dulcamara In Ozzano dell'emilia

What a dreamy place! We stayed at Dulcamara for one night in our camper van and found the location perfect for our needs. Very child-friendly, with animals, small playground, meadows and viewpoints to explore. The bathroom/shower works well. We stayed until lunch the next day and enjoyed a lovely 4 course vegan menu that was prepared and served by very attentive and friendly people. The kids menu was approved by our 4 year old as well. It‘s worth a visit if you pass Bologna, if you like to explore vegan food spots and love a good vista (amazing ‚Belvedere‘ on top of the hill with tables and benches to enjoy a picnic).

The experience at the restaurant was very nice. Fixed menu and excellent vegan food. Very relaxing and pleasant environment.

We went to the farm for the animals. It was a beautiful location and the kids enjoyed looking at the animals. Lunch was unfortunately booked but we had some couscous and that was very yummy. The play ground area was a bit simple but it worked. The people there were just amazing and very helpful and nice. We were there by car.

Sunday lunch we had a great time, excellent food and fast service, they love animals like us, all vegans and this is a great pleasure! We will definitely be back

I'm vegan, I was traveling and I looked for a place to have lunch on Happy Cow. The farmhouse is located on the hills of Bologna, in a beautiful natural and evocative landscape. The structure is very characteristic, and the guys who served us were extremely kind and hospitable. The fixed menu includes a starter, an encore of first courses, a second course with side dishes, dessert and coffee. We ate very well, all accompanied by two extremely high quality wines. The estate includes various enclosures inhabited by farm animals: they are all members of the family, saved from situations of mistreatment and now free from any exploitation, where they are finally considered individuals. The place accepts the company of our beloved dogs, and the place is very welcoming. Quality/price more than adequate. Highly recommended 😊

Exclusively vegan cuisine in a fabulous hilly setting. Excellent dishes, friendly service. Very tasty dishes. Absolutely must try!!!!

Dulcamara is always a safety. On the whole. The delicious food, the comfortable accommodation, the divinely kept animals and the kind and knowledgeable staff. It is our oasis when we feel the need to be "at peace".
