I've known Paolo all my life, and as a host he has no equal! He will guide you in choosing the best wines from his cellar, which presents a wide and high quality choice. The first courses are also worth mentioning, for the raw materials used and the creativity of the recipes. The icing on the cake is the veranda overlooking Rieti. Super recommended!

25/11/2023: I have been coming here since childhood and used all their facilities, well over 45 years, I have become friends with the entire family , they are very professional and extremely friendly, the quality of their services and food is above excellent, I just love their food, no matter what restaurant I've eaten in in Amatrice it has always been to the highest standards, Lo Scoiattolo is at the top end of the scale for food there. absolutely fabulous food, I love their Salami's and antipasti's.
25/10/2023: It has an artificial lagoon for trout fishing where the fishing is very good and the place is very nice, with cabins and bungalows to spend a few days and a restaurant with very good service and food.
