Dubbio Cucina Evolutiva In Caldiero

Beautiful hotel in wonderful rural setting amongst the vineyards. Rooms were spacious, airy and clean. Food was amazing. Staff were very welcoming and so friendly. Nothing was too much. We turned up late for lunch but they still managed to produce a lovely fresh salad out of hours. Overall, would highly recommend for a relaxing stay.

Nothing is improvised, not even my completely vegan tasting. Well prepared dishes with a unique balance of taste. Excellent service and spectacular location
