Fantastic couple's SPA evening with massage and gourmet dinner. What can I say, I booked a couple's SPA evening with massage and gourmet dinner following the reviews of other customers on other social networks. I don't understand how it is possible to give a negative review for this establishment. I have visited other SPA centers where the equipment was certainly better, but the difference with this center is the staff, always friendly and kind right from the entrance to the reception. We felt pampered at every step, the approximately thirty minute massage at the end of the ninety minute SPA journey was truly performed to perfection by expert and professional staff. The highlight of the evening, however, was dinner at the restaurant inside the centre: When we entered they made us sit at a table near the entrance door, but as soon as I expressed my preference to have another table, the meter immediately accommodated us by seating us in a room dedicated just for us. I absolutely have to say a few words for the meter Angelo, a fantastic person, who immediately accompanied us in the tasting of a delicious dinner based on very fresh fish cooked really well. Never spent my money so well. I will definitely return, congratulations for everything.

Yesterday evening, we went for the first time for a spa treatment (given to us by our children) excellent impact, beautiful location, very kind staff, small and well-equipped spa, we also booked a table to enjoy an excellent pizza (congratulations), I recommend you go, satisfied

I was there for the first time last year, a very pleasant experience, I was given a coupon by my son for a Spa program... simply wonderful, relaxing and at the same time I felt pampered by the very knowledgeable staff, I started with a massage to finish with entry to the Spa for 90 wonderful minutes. I did it again and I think I'll do it again, a unique structure of its kind, obviously I tried the spa but there are many other activities that are worth trying 🤗.

Exceptional structure of total relaxation with excellent services

Pros: large and spacious room, huge and comfortable bed, large bathroom to satisfy, perfect shower. Restaurant with a really delicious fish menu, fresh and well cooked products. Good Italian breakfast, the international part not very well stocked but good. Staff very polite, kind and attentive to requests. Flaws: very minimal spa part, pool water little more than lukewarm, barely perceptible hydromassage, weak falling massage water jets. The sauna was even turned off. The emotional shower was good. Herbal tea department, scarce! Only 2 flavors: fennel; ginger/lemon. Couple's massage performed well by the operators, but the room was not heated and without relaxation music, no ambient music, such as candles or anything else.

We went to the Dubai Village for my daughter's 14th birthday spa, ok environment, ok reception, friendliness and welcome from 10 with the good Giovanni, clean and beautiful spa full of top light effects for taking photos to publish on Instagram, structure from 10 , everything perfect, 30 euros for 90 minutes with kit included, recommended....

It's not the first time I've gone with my wife, excellent structure, not so satisfied with the operators who are too snobbish, they even allowed themselves to call me back and my lady to lower her voice, when it was another group of people to have fun by raising my voice a little, I think it's completely normal, then the massage instead of 20 minutes was 10 minutes. We left it alone considering it was Saturday, however I paid normally

Excellent complex: very large and well-equipped rooms, good breakfast, very large and equipped high-level gym, spa and possibility to play tennis. At the restaurant I tried pizza and salad: very good. I will definitely come back.
