Nice atmosphere, in a very well-kept bathing establishment inside. The fish was really good, both appetizers - raw in particular - and the first course. I want to underline the care and attention for the customer of the waiter (whose name I don't remember now) who was able to "pamper" us but also smile with truly subtle and elegant sarcastic jokes. Good staff, good food, stick to the seafood as it is right out of the ocean. No menu in English but you are in Italy.

Delicious pancakes, delicious pizza, short waiting times, excellent service, beautiful location. The only flaw is the bill, a little too expensive, certainly a steal from modern times, but still expensive.

Resta eccellente. Per 120€ da mie dirette informazioni si mangiava forse carne e lasagna in tutto l'entroterra abruzzese, qui siamo sul mare con vetrata annessa e cena di pesce, questo ha un costo. Antipasto indiscutibile comprese le ostriche che ho ben opportunamente riordinato, poi personalmente le mangio solo da Toniò a Marsiglia e al Drago Verde a Francavilla, e su questo sfido chiunque. Sul secondo possono esserci gusti personali, trattasi comunque di rombo con carciofi croccanti e non certo di filetto di branzino con patate lesse....quindi anche qui la materia prima fa la differenza. Dolce buonissimo e dalla consistenza "casereccia" poi se si è abituati a quello Elah è difficile discernere...anche qui i gusti sono gusti. Sul vino e lo Champagne per il brindisi si può dire poco...bisogna essere onesti e riconoscere che lo champagne per brindare a Capodanno ce l'hai incluso al Drago Verde o se te lo vai a comprare. Ho lasciato i primi per ultimi, questo perché una lieve flessione l'ho registrata, intendiamoci ottime materie prime e soprattutto abbondanti, riso stracolmo di tartufo e gamberi come quello dei miei vicini, ma il voler accontentare tutti i circa 100 invitati con primi sofisticati tutti allo stesso momento perché tutti voglio essere pronti per il brindisi di mezzanotte, ha inevitabilmente esposto i tempi tecnici. Sui cocktail che posso dire...se non si sa leggere il listino...allora vale tutto e niente. Caro chef, il livello molto elevato che hai nonostante la tua giovane età non puoi e non è giusto darlo sempre, comunque e soprattutto a chiunque. In talune occasione smorza lievemente la tua "grande passione", ci guadagni tu, io e tutti quelli come me. Ovviamente a presto.
