Une petite boutique dans un angle un peu à l’arrière des rues animés. Une qualité de glaces maison incroyable. Servies en pot, cornet ou brioche (on est à Palerme). Les gaufres et le reste de la carte ont l’air également à tomber.

The best ice cream, gelato we have ever had absolutely delicious. And what makes it even better is the server Alberto was just wonderful, so very funny and helpful. Amazing place, would definitely recommend.

29/03/2024: Impeccable pastry, the master pastry chef is a true master, he manages to delight you with various flavours. The ice cream shop is also of good quality. As far as I'm concerned, the Alfa pastry shop is among the best pastry shops in Palermo
