Unfortunately this time we were disappointed. Undercooked tagliatelle and tortelloni. The ragù was much lower than expected, tasteless, despite the parmesan. Quality worsened, much worsened. I hope they realize and change quickly

3 of us ate, around €35. We took a plate of tortelloni with ricotta and spinach, and 2 plates of roast beef with potatoes, plus two bottles of water. The service was very quick, and everything was good.

A pleasant time, speed and good food. However, let's point out that we need to improve the selection
Of the
Staff at the Florence i gigli store. Unfortunately the employees do not have name tags and we cannot tell you the name of the person who looked after us but I can assure you that rudeness and zero friendliness took over just when they had to seat us and accompanied us throughout the entire service.

Ai Gigli, for me I think, is one of the best places to eat. Excellent value for money. Good Emilian dishes or excellent Lambrusco, especially the extra dry one. I highly recommend to everyone.

In the most famous shopping center of Florence there is this restaurant that I had the pleasure of trying. I took a Parmigiana and Norcina salad, they prepared the salad in a very short time even though there were many customers besides us.
Delicious food and welcoming place. A strong point that didn't escape my notice was that the waitress cleaned the tables immediately as soon as a customer left, so you found all the tables spotlessly clean and not greasy like some of her other competitors at Gigli.
Absolutely worth trying!!
