Dinzu In Quinto di treviso

Today was Easter Sunday and it was rightly crowded and we couldn't expect everything to go perfectly and quickly, but I have something to say: first of all if you decide to keep it open on a public holiday you have to know how to organize yourself, which wasn't done . We booked for 1.45pm and they made us wait standing together with many other people (who also complained) for a long time, having to wait for the other customers to clear the tables, this in itself is an organizational error. They seat us around 2.15pm and our food arrives at 2.30pm. Around 2.40pm they told us that the kitchen was now closed and the last order had to be placed. We, obviously, had just started eating, but once we reported this, they told us that there was nothing they could do. We can't say we died of hunger, because from that moment on, dishes after dishes arrived that we had never ordered. They don't even have fortune cookies and the kids were disappointed. I have also come other times and the place is very nice and the food is also good and there is a lot of choice, plus they are always very fast, I can't say anything about this.

Tried it at the last minute on a beautiful, sunny Sunday for lunch. The staff was kind to seat us even though we hadn't booked and the place was just as full! Lots of selection of dishes, even though we were only there for lunch. Sufficient, almost optimal freshness of the products. I will definitely return and highly recommend it.

The only flaw is time slots... Either go at 12 or 1.30pm... well... But the food is high standard and the staff always friendly and smiling Environment a little too dark

I ate sushi for the first time... I was worried but as soon as we arrived, we were greeted in a very friendly way by the staff... fantastic location, very well looked after... excellent food, both the sashimi and the rest of the dishes... the fried foods and rice-based dishes are excellent... I will gladly return... the sushi, for me, will only be at Dinzu... highly recommended!

As soon as they opened everything was perfect even the quick dishes, since they renovated they are very slow in bringing the dishes, I understand that it is a tactic to reduce consumption by the customer.

Delicious sushi just outside Treviso and great choice on the menu. Very fast service and pleasant atmosphere.

Pranzo sushi tra sorelle! Siamo state al Dinzu ieri per pranzo, una conferma. Ambiente carino e pulito, menu vario, pesce di qualità, buonissimi i crudi. Noi siamo addicted del sashimi di salmone. Buoni tutti gli uramaki, in particolare quelli con la riduzione di mango sopra. Buoni anche gli udon. Non abbiamo assaggiato i secondi né il ramen, quindi non possiamo giudicare. Unico neo il fatto che allo scadere del turno di servizio so viene invitati a lasciare il tavolo, ma non è una colpa del ristorante, semmai un ulteriore indicatore di quanta gente ci vada a mangiare. Torniamo sempre volentieri e lo consigliamo a tutti.

Volevamo prenotare per il pranzo, alle 13. Ci è stato detto che avevano posto per le 13.30 e abbiamo accettato, eravamo in 3 persone. Quando siamo arrivati non era tutto pieno, anzi, ma ci hanno dato scelta tra due tavoli vicino all'entrata. Le pietanze arrivavano con molto ritardo e quasi sempre non dicevano poi che piatto poggiavano sul piatto e quindi a volte si faceva fatica a capire cos'era e di che era... Abbiamo chiesto le posate e la cameriera ce le ha portate impugnandole come un mazzolino e poggiandole alla rinfusa sul tavolo: non ci sembra molto corretto così. Ho chiesto se avevano avuto molta gente e il cameriere mi ha risposto che no, che era una giornata abbastanza tranquilla: ma allora perché ci hanno detto che c'era posto alle 13.30??? Alle 15 chiudevano e quindi tra i piatti che arrivavano tardi e comunque il poco tempo a disposizione diciamo che non siamo stati per nulla contenti, sarebbe stato un "all you can eat" ma a noi non ci è stato permesso perché ci hanno detto che la cucina chiudeva...ma non avevamo mangiato chissà che... Eppure è un bel posto e i piatti sono solitamente buoni, ma stavolta erano tutti preparati di fretta, si vedeva e si sentiva! Ci è dispiaciuto molto!! L'attenzione al cliente è fatta di tante cose ma qui mancavano quasi tutte. Un vero peccato.
