A square overlooking the city. Few people compared to other places. You can buy something to drink/eat and observe the city. In the middle there is a very large monument. An avenue of trees leads to the site.

As a child I went there to see the puppets... overlooking Rome which remains in my heart at midday they fire one of the 3 cannons that Garibaldi took from the French... surrounded by the busts of the main men who participated in the unification of Italy. Go there at night especially if you want to impress your girlfriend😉

Viewpoint to Rome, located on top of a hill. A little far from the movement. But it's really worth going to see the sunset. There is a toilet available on site.

Magical and wonderful place from which you overlook Rome. A beautiful and imposing equestrian statue of Garibaldi dominates the view. Proceeding along the viewpoint you will find many busts of many characters who played an active role during the independence movements. The lighthouse is also very beautiful. The real gem, however, is the midday cannon shot. Beautiful but not very scenic. It lasts a few minutes while the preparation is very long.

A first viewing terrace on the splendid setting of Caput Mundi, for those who want to savor the ecstasy of tourist viewing. An important and very touching place in our "national" memory for those who, like myself, always remember with esteem and a deep sense of thanks, all those who, in the name of a high collective ideal, did not think much about putting the own life. However, it is a place that should be given more attention to the pedestrian areas and greenery!

I practically grew up there... with the puppet shows as a child, then the parties for the football victories of Lazio and Italy... and the aperitifs and visits from friends and relatives from Italy and Croatia. The most beautiful place in Rome!

We had a very enjoyable evening with Fiamma and Debora and the other guests. Conversation was lively, food was good and plentiful. Pasta carbonara, saltimbocca and tiramisu were excellent! Talking about Rome was fun. Highly recommend it.

06/04/2024: My friend Maria Grazia and I are now super loyal customers of this little corner of kindness, courtesy and professionalism. The food is amazing; I have never found any fault with the dishes on the menu (and in recent years I can say that I have tasted quite a few, in fact almost all of them). What else can I say other than that flaca is HOME.
02/04/2024: Prices a little high for what they offer, but we ate well. The seats are a little uncomfortable and the tables are too close in my opinion (we could hear all the neighbours' conversations), furthermore there is a table located near the steps which makes sitting even more uncomfortable because you don't have much space to move around. The service however is top, the guys are very kind. Some dishes on the menu were not available but we were informed only when we asked to have them... in general the experience was not bad, but given that the place wants to be sold as an "indie" place (with prices not for everyone the pockets) I would use a little more caution. In my opinion better for an aperitif than for a lunch/dinner

19/05/2024: We found ourselves by chance in this restaurant, really close to the Bunker Soratte, and it was a wonderful experience. Starting from the food, we ordered a starter of cold cuts and cheeses which for two people was quite abundant. We then ordered a gricia, really tasty and enriched by homemade pasta, and an equally good steak with chips. The prices are very affordable and the value for money is excellent. As for the service, we were served by Gioia and Fabrizio who were really very kind and welcoming. If we end up in the area again we will gladly return!
17/05/2024: Everything perfect, good food and excellent service. The guys who served us, Gioia and Fabrizio, were always smiling, kind and extremely helpful. It was our first time here and we will definitely be back!
