Du fait maison de belle facture, plats typiques et pleins de goûts, accueil charmant et attentionné. Bref, une très belle adresse pour un repas de terroir grande qualité.

Osteria D'Avalos is a typical restaurant in the historic center where atmosphere and good taste perfectly represent the place. The cuisine is typical Apulian but does not disdain original variations such as the pizza in the photo (I apologize but I don't remember the name) with a truly delicious ricotta filling, try it to believe it.

While traveling along the Via Francigena we stopped for lunch and enjoyed it so much that we decided to spend our New Year's Eve dinner here too. We were welcomed with warmth and kindness. The food was nothing short of stellar. Highly recommended.

26/09/2023: Excellent food with very generous portions cooked perfectly by the kitchen, very courteous service (not very professional but suitable for the context), booking is mandatory given the influx of people passing through and regular customers, nice environment.

26/02/2024: Yesterday on the occasion of my niece's birthday we went to lunch to celebrate with friends and relatives. At first glance it doesn't look like much, a very spartan place but everything is rewarded by excellent cuisine and fairly fast and efficient service. We ate really well and above all plentiful. They made us available and satisfied every request. The girl was really nice and kind, very cheerful and easy-going, the lady (another waitress) was a bit funereal in her service, never a smile, but I suppose perhaps she wasn't in the mood yesterday. The owner is really very helpful and kind. I will return when I can with the hope of finding improvements that can make you even more exclusive in addition to the food. Of course, mine is customer advice. But I can say that you are the top when it comes to the rest. Thank you very much for everything.
18/02/2024: Truly an experience worth repeating, a welcoming and warm atmosphere while they show you a varied menu of things that were also difficult to choose, but an excellent product and generous portions. The service is fast and friendly and the prices are good. What else to say? We will definitely be back!
