Excellent Sicilian cuisine. Arancini, caponata and panelle cooked to perfection. We will return to try the other Sicilian dishes and the pizza. Friendly staff and very nice environment

We heard about the place from friends and decided to give it a try. We were well welcomed and accompanied to the table. The menu presents excellent proposals and a varied choice for all tastes. I wanted to try the pizza that bears the name of the pizzeria, namely the I'Dino pizza, nduja - burrata - tomato - raw and parmesan cooked. As a presentation, all the ingredients could be distinguished well but after the first bite you understand the rest. The dough has a nice crust but is light, well chewed and with a well-balanced taste, perhaps a semi-fast leavening. The seasoning products were good and tasty but unfortunately the nduja couldn't be tasted at all and the parmesan had to be flaked, which is why I didn't give it 5 stars. The dessert was a tart with cream and figs, good although a lot to look at. The beer is excellent. The bill was more than correct. Unfortunately, the only flaw is that the place doesn't have its own identity, it doesn't have furnishings that reflect the products or the staff, perhaps it doesn't even know it's a pizzeria restaurant. However, overall more than good and definitely worth returning. More than trained staff.

Antipasti eccezionali,pizza squisita ( provate la stella 🌟)i dolci superlativi prezzi nella media,personale carino...peccato per l'attesa veramente tanta ( probabilmente era un Sabato particolarmente caotico) ma noi ci torniamo..ci torniamo 👍👍👍

Diciamo che se la cavano dai! Ho solo e sempre mangiato la pizza lì da I'Dino.impasto della pizza molto buono pomodoro e mozzarella buoni.. condimenti come qualità buoni ( apparte la salsiccia perché usano impasto di salsiccia)po' scarsi come quantitativo. Comunque un si sta Male in generale. Parere da un cuoco fiorentino di passaggio ⚜️🇮🇹

Locale caratteristico e accogliente Ottimi gli antipasti misti con salumi tipici , stracchino e crostini , molto abbondanti Pizze gustose e ben farcite Personale disponibile e gentilissimo Servizio veloce , ma attento Ringraziamo di cuore il cameriere che ci ha suggerito una strada alternativa per raggiungere l’hotel sulla collina e la proprietaria che alla cassa ci ha offerto un amaro Assolutamente stra consigliato
