Today we went to a beautiful local restaurant, which was recommended to us by a girl from a bar (Giò Bar Carovigno) which I highly recommend!
Ristorante da Gino is a beautiful restaurant and the food is EXCELLENT. Already with the starter alone you will feel full, but not satisfied, not because it wasn't good, but because we wanted to taste the first course too, we had two different first courses, the spaghetti (homemade) with ragú are truly GOOD, the My girls were very satisfied, it's a shame that we weren't able to get the second one, because we were really FULL, the ice cream and the coffee were a must, very good..
It will be a beautiful memory of Puglia, to DEFINITELY return!!

This restaurant is really recommendable. Refined in its simplicity. The dishes cooked with seasonal country vegetables, the coffee served in the moka. Uncommon and delicious dishes. Friendly and attentive service. Bright environment, with large windows and details that make it welcoming. Prices absolutely adequate for the menu. A real gem.

Very welcoming and suggestive location. Food from the Cegliese culinary tradition, nothing revisited.
The mixed roast didn't impress me.
Definitely needs improvement.

I have eaten in several restaurants in the area, I don't think this one deserves more than what is given, as the food as well as the service does not excel at all, on the contrary...
The same goes for the environment, simply nice without too many pretensions.
Let's say it deserves a full pass in general, but don't expect any WAOOO!
