Good italian restaurant close to the Pantheon. The rigatoni al'amatriciana was one of the best sauces I've ever had, really really good. The arrabbiata was also good with a good balance of spice. I would come back for more pasta and maybe some seafood.

We also return back to this restaurant whenever we visit Rome, it’s such a calm place to have a meal in the middle of hectic touristy city. The food is always out of this world (especially the bruschettas with anchovies and their carbonara!). The staff are one of the nicest you can find in Italy. Always recommend!
The place is very comfortable, cool and quiet. The food is top notch. We tried the carbonara and saltimbocca, along with an aranciata and limonata to drink. The attention is first class. Definitely recommended, and if you are near the Pantheon, you must eat here.

I used it for dinner 🍽️ when I visited Rome on a business trip. Apparently it's possible to make a reservation over the phone, but I wasn't confident in my speaking ability, so I arrived at the store's opening time. I waited there for about 10 minutes and was seated.
I didn't know about it until I visited, but it appears to be a Michelin-starred restaurant.
Dishes such as pasta take some time to be served, so we don't recommend it if you have plans coming up soon.
All of the dishes are delicious, and we recommend the tomato short pasta "Amatriciana", which has been mentioned in other reviews.
For drinks, I ordered a sangria-like cocktail, but it was so high in alcohol that I had a hard time drinking it.

The carbonara was good but we were somewhat underwhelmed considering the Michelin Guide listing and Stanley Tucci show.
Amazing food in a very central area, very friendly and helpful service, great wine choices. I tried the bruschetta with stracciatella cheese and anchovies for a starter, and delicious carbonara as mains. Tiramisu also excellent! Totally recommended.

Found excellent food, a carbonara at the top overall the prices are a little high but I think the food is normal and fresh and cooked with care to make a long story short we are in the center of Rome and this justifies my opinion and money well spent in an excellent food, and found attentive and very polite staff and I believe that these are the best bases and I definitely won't change the simple path to the new one you don't know what you will find, I thank all the staff my best regards Sergio

Pedimos o famoso Saltimboca e estava muito gostoso. Os acompanhamentos você escolhe a parte. Pedimos batatas ao forno e a Salada Fantasia, ótimas opções. De sobremesa um tiramisu e uma mousse de chocolate com frutas vermelhas deliciosa. Fizemos reserva. Recomendo. Vale a pena.

considering how difficult it is to get a reservation here I was expecting great things - location was great for us as we were staying in a hotel opposite the Pantheon and a short stroll to dinner was perfect - pasta was good but not great but have to say that the grilled lamb was delicious- would definitely return if in the area but sadly wouldnt cross town to go there as had much better food elsewhere ...........
