02/06/2024: No. 1 sushi in Milan I was in Japan in December 2023 and it really feels like being there, I recommend eating inside in front of the "open" kitchen In a context of out-of-control price increases, this authentic place manages to maintain honest prices with high quality raw materials. The cirashi is highly recommended Unfortunately you can't book and it's always crowded with a lot of people. A little patience but it's worth it In summer there are also tables outside so maybe at the right time you can sit down without waiting too long. Inside the tables are 6/7 very narrow and close together, typically Japanese style

28/05/2024: I hadn't been there for a while and I was shocked by the increase in prices! :O 31 euros for a mixed chirashi.... eaten outside because there's never room inside. It was raining and the gas mushrooms were off, covers were soaking wet, staff: South American waiters barely speak Italian. Rushed and disorganized service. Miso soup arrived after chirashi. Overcooked and sticky rice. In short, everything changes over time but for the worse. I only give the three stars for the memories when I came 15 years ago and it was an authentic and less commercial restaurant. Perhaps today a poke at a third of the price elsewhere would have been the most valid solution. Shiro is always number one though :) Haiku: "Shiro once, Pure chirashi, full heart. Now, distant echo."
