The Fork 2
Already the second time I return to Cuovo di Latta. Nice place with original furnishings, in an easy to reach area in Bologna. You can find all the typical dishes of Piedmontese cuisine and an excellent wine list with a wide choice of Piedmontese but not forgetting the rest of Italy and France. Very good service and timing too. I will definitely come back.

We celebrated a birthday and they gave us, without asking, the beautiful room upstairs... all to ourselves. The service is impeccable and the waiters are professional and very kind. The food is excellent both in quality and preparation. I highly recommend the plin, the tajarin with meat sauce and the gnocchi as first courses and the cheek with Nebbiolo as a second course. The hazelnut flan is excellent among the desserts. The wine list is varied and also of a high standard. Excellent value for money for what we ate. Thank you for the treats offered before leaving. We will definitely be back soon. Compliments

È sempre un piacere cenare in questo ristorante, la materia prima è eccezionale e i ragazzi in sala giovani e preparati , Una coccola è che si ricordano di te e del vino che abitualmente chiedi. I prezzi sono in linea con il menù.Grazie sempre

The menu with truffles is exceptional, truly an experience to be repeated. Trained and attentive staff, very relaxing environment, ideal for couples. I absolutely recommend the sweet hazelnut cake because it has a balance of extraordinary flavours.

All delicious, exceptional truffle tajarin bagnacauda The "cirighin" formula = reduced portion is excellent "Campamc" = normal portion. We will definitely be back to complete the entire menu

Locale curato in ogni dettaglio... Personale di sala attento e preciso... La qualità dei piatti da noi scelti eccezionale, non posso che consigliare questo ristorante e aggiungerlo in cima alla lista dei miei preferiti.
