26/05/2024: The lady from the service made it possible for me to still eat - be a genius! I had the very cheap filtered water 500ml for 1 EUR), Triangoli (raw vegetable ravioli with tomato "leather" and macadamia cheese), Tartare di primavera and the Tarte Tartin. The entire restaurant is completely vegan. The tartare looked a little different than in the photo, but that's a high level of fun: instead of flowers, green cream drops and chives, there was buckwheat and sprouts on the asparagus. Personally, the asparagus was a bit too salty for me. Otherwise very tasty and a great combination of taste and consistency. This also applies to the delicious triangles. I've never experienced tomato "leather" anywhere like that, I thought it was great. The Tarte Tartin was accompanied by apple "cream" ice cream with a lemony note and delicious crunchy crumbs. Everything was very healthy, service was absolutely accommodating, smiling, relaxed and friendly and charming. Fresh, truly healthy raw food cuisine is extremely rare. The concept here is not raw vegan, but it is very much in that direction. Welcome change in our fast food world. The price is completely ok: 2 main courses, 1 dessert and 1 filtered water and service fee 36.50. I will gladly come again. Particularly customer-friendly: all dishes are listed online with photos. This is particularly great for non-Italians and speeds up the selection process and thus the ordering process enormously. Reservation strongly recommended.
