CONCEPT45 In Milano

Professional team, our server was very attentive and would help us understand the menu. The food was great, i had bone marrow risoto and the signature veal. Very nicely cooked. We also ordered beef carpaccio for starters and the ingredients were amazing, very fresh and we could taste the quality. Overall very enjoyable dinner

Food was fantastic! Really enjoyed the cutlet and the Montepulciano. Service was unfortunately missing and service given to only certain tables. Ignored for 20 minutes after finishing main course and so walked to the exit and asked for the bill.

Great place to try Milanese, this place for sharing plates, this can be good for 3 or more people. Great to have a new gastronomy experience, service was great. Thank you for having us If you want a small portion they have it for 1 person too

Siamo nell’hotel Hilton, in una bella sala calda e elegante. C’è il menù delle cotolette (tra cui una versione vegana (bonus). Manca la versione classica alta con l’osso e rosa al centro. Ma e’ presente una versione simile, imbottita con asiago e funghi porcini . La panatura è leggera e la carne molto buona. I prezzi sono un po’ alti ma sono comunque giustificabili da location e qualità.
