Nice shopping centre, the largest in the Marche. Lots of shops and places for a snack or an ice cream (a regular stop for me!).

The shops inside are all well kept and generally with friendly and qualified staff. The only two exceptions I found were: The CONAD Supermarket with some of the unkind and unprofessional staff; A Fastweb representative with a station near the escalators, very rude and arrogant.

A shopping center obviously that reflects this term, you will find everything and more. I would find it useful if a map of the shops present was placed so that I could immediately find the desired shop (I could be wrong, but I haven't seen it).

I went to the Adriatic Heart of Civitanova Marche at the :Game Stop store... I found a guy called Luca, very professional, very kind and nice... I'm really satisfied with the work received: protection with film for both IPods and 2 cell phones, fully satisfied... . It's a shame that there are few like him... congratulations also to whoever hired this guy who understood his professionalism... Thank you

A really huge and well served commercial point. A lot of VIP brands but also a lot of low/basic brands. Nice food stalls as well simply caffetterias. A large parking lot.

27/05/2024: I am removing a star only because the Vegan Pistachio flavor which was stratospheric was removed and replaced by lactose-free. (I would like to remind you that vegans are intolerant to violence against animals, not to lactose). It would be nice if you continued with the line of inclusiveness, which is that of sustainability, like the first time I entered and saw half a showcase of vegan flavours, especially for the "creams". Apart from this note, everything is positive, very refined tastes and combinations. I will definitely be back for the return of pistachio 😉
12/05/2024: Really very good ice cream, lots of choice for lactose intolerants (and vegans), the boy who served us was very knowledgeable and kind. I gave the service a low rating because I was taken aback by the fact that some flavors carried a surcharge of 70 cents. I understand that you pay for quality but taking into account that even a small cone costs 3 euros it seems excessive to me. In conclusion it is not cheap but really high quality with many particular flavours
