The pizza, I was told by my fellow diners, was really good. Unfortunately I couldn't taste it because the dough, which I believe they change daily, contained almonds which is notoriously a highly allergenic ingredient. I was offered a pizza for celiacs almost inedible because it is full of garlic. I recommend that anyone who has the same problem as me ask first about the composition of the dough.

As soon as you enter the location captures you. It seems like we have entered the White Rabbit's Den. Every corner has something special, something that captures attention and makes you wonder.
Good fried foods.
The pizza was super delicious, made super light, they don't use 00 flour, but a very particular mix of flours and ingredients. I left there light, usually after a pizza I feel bloated, but here I left feeling full and light.
Highly recommended.
I already want to go back.

We went here for the first time, after reading an article on the best pizzerias in the Castelli. Delicious and very light pizza, you can feel the quality of the raw materials and the particularity of the dough is unrivaled. Furthermore, the place is super special.

after years of going there it's always a pleasure to go back, every week the pizza dough changes, always gluten-free, and they are really very good.
we booked with the fork, the service is fast and the atmosphere is super special.
we stayed on dessert for a while, a slice of bread (always made with their dough) with Nutella for €6, which seemed excessive to us.
with the fork's 20% discount we paid €31 for two.

I went to this place with my girlfriend. We had a great time, good food, we ate the square with a particular dough and it was very good. Very efficient and kind service with a nice welcome, very pleasant environment... We will return

Ho provato una classica Margherita da asporto in questo locale tutt'altro che convenzionale, sembra di stare all'interno di una macchina del tempo. La pizza classica per modo di dire perché l'impasto usato non è la semplice acqua e farina è lievito, ma ogni settimana utilizza prodotti diversi e ricercati. Oggi era un impasto rosso e proteico da un insolito sapore dolciastro che all'inizio spiazza un po' ma diventa subito piacevole al palato e leggero nella digestione. Non mancherà occasione per provare nuovi impasti.

Ho trascorso una serata piacevole incuriosita dalla location strepitosa e inconsueta di questa puzzeria.
Il locale è decorato e riempito con una miriade di oggetti sapientemente scelti che sono incollati alle pareti, sul soffitto; i tavoli sono corredati da un vetro trasparente da cui si possono intravedere una moltitudine fitta di carte da collezione.
La cena è stata deliziosa e la pizza leggerissima e cotta nel forno a legna. Ho potuto gustare alla fine un particolare pane con mandorle all’interno servita con crema di nutella, una vera bontà.
Il personale è cortese e gentile. Questo locale è l’ideale per trascorrere una serata tranquilla e rilassante e con ottimo cibo .

Il posto merita di ssere visitato perché molto particolare, ma la pizza a me non è piaciuta molto, anche se hanno molta cura per l'impasto, sempre con diversi ingredienti; quest'ultimo aspetto potrebbe però essere il punto debole della pizza e non renderla sempre così buona.

Eravamo già stai qui altre 2 volte . Tutto perfetto .. pizza “speciale “ con gli ingredienti bio che cambiano ogni giorno e la location con tutte le collezioni davvero unica . Unica pecca .. il fritto misto a 6 euro per 2 olive ascolane un supplì e una mini patata duchessa di cui tutto surgelato mi sembra un po’ eccessivo . A parte questo tutto ok . Ci rivediamo ma senza fritto misto .
