She remained the daughter of the greatest and best milkshake maker in Florence, with the same great desire to make people feel good and the same recipes and method as her father, highly recommended, stop by, you won't find such a guaranteed milkshake anywhere else..

06/04/2024: It is a place that I can absolutely recommend. It's a shame that I don't have places like this where I live. If I end up in Florence again I will definitely go back. First I had the truly excellent vegan carbonara, my favorite of the dishes I had. Then beans all' bird and tofu scallops. There were other dishes that intrigued me but I tried these for the first time. There weren't many people but it was lunch during the week at the beginning of April. I had to wait a bit for the dishes to arrive but they were still normal. Luckily there are also places like this where you can eat tasty vegetable dishes. I would definitely stay here again.

La Prosciutteria Crudi e Bollicine - Firenze

14/05/2024: Friendly and very helpful staff. Tasty food, really good. The board was divine. Very well decorated space. It feels like we've gone back in time. Very good.
12/05/2024: A perfect place for dinner and also for a good aperitif) A big compliment to the very nice and kind waitress Serana.
