Astoria Beach in Chioggia is one of those that can be accessed directly from the main street of the city. It is located opposite the monument to the dead sailors of Chioggia. There are bars, bistros and snack bars near the beach, as well as on the beach itself. Public toilet, shower with fresh water - disposition. Wonderful children's playground. The beach is sandy. There is shallow water near the shore in the sea. The bottom is sandy and hard to walk on. From the shore there is a small depression - up to the waist of an adult - then a sand spit, there again just above the ankle. Behind the spit there is a gentle slope of the bottom to depth. Alternatively, a super choice for a holiday in Chioggia.

We have been going there for years and always have a great time, very friendly staff, bathrooms always clean and tidy and prices are normal.

Szerintem nagyon jó strand. Ingyenes, homokos szépen fel van szerelve minden földi jóval.Lassan mélyül ideális gyerekek vagy úszni nem tudok számára. Maga a város amolyan mini Velence, de sok látnivaló nincs.

Abbiamo pranzato in questo chiosco su indicazione di un amico: eccezionale. Ottimi piatti preparati al momento. Abbiamo capito perché è sempre tutto prenotato: si mangia bene! A Sottomarina non è cosa facile.

03/06/2024: When I arrive in Cavarzere it is my point of reference for a quick lunch or dinner with friends.. And if one evening I want a good pizza, this is the place that will make me feel good alone, as a couple or in company. Friendly and helpful staff. Good and normal prices and a place that makes you feel good.
21/05/2024: Visited for the first time. Very satisfied, first of all with the staff who proved to be very courteous and friendly, then with the lunch. Even though we had lunch from the fixed menu, we were served well-presented dishes with excellent flavour. I confirm that we will return for other tastings.

07/04/2024: Awesome dinner. Attentive service. Friendly and welcoming. Great live music. Beautiful setting.
06/04/2024: Beautiful restaurant featuring many seafood dishes with a few other menu items. The liver with onions and polenta was quite good. The service charge is high but we were served an aperitif, bread and some excellent cookies for dessert all without charge. Service was a bit slow, but we were not in a hurry. Prices were a bit high even for Venice. Overall a pleasant meal in a relaxing atmosphere.
