Found the new place of the heart! It was recommended to us by a friend so we trusted it, and we did very well! The location is fantastic and overlooks the mountains, it's a shame we didn't request a table overlooking the view. Nice environment, professional, attentive and courteous staff. Very large menu (perhaps too large). As an appetizer I took the potatoes cooked under ash with sea bass and truffle fondue, a crazy balance of flavours, impossible to find a flaw. As a first course, the dumplings with wild mountain herbs are not a dish I would order again due to my personal taste, but they too were tasty and very balanced despite the poor and few ingredients and this is to be appreciated, because few chefs have the ability to make high-level dishes with poor and simple ingredients, recalling them several times on the plate in different consistencies. The dessert (cheesecake) was also sublime, light, not greasy and cheesy, the only flaw I found in the entire menu I tasted, I found it here, the fruit was not seasonal fruit, so maybe I would prefer that seasonal, and I would have preferred the biscuit to be crunchier like a real cheesecake, the consistency and flavor of the biscuit was barely noticeable. But still a really well made dessert! Will definitely come back. Prices higher than average but justified by the high quality of the raw materials and the location. The welcome entrée and the pre-dessert (fabulous cannoncino) were greatly appreciated, congratulations, keep up the good work!!!

Undoubtedly a high level restaurant, which deserves mention in the Michelin Guide. The room is well furnished, the tables are cleaned and set up very carefully. Varied menu. Excellent quality of the raw materials used. The presentation of the dishes is very careful. At the same time, the balance of flavors of the dishes presented is decidedly valid. Due to the variety of the menu it is necessary to return several times. Service always present and never intrusive. Prices balanced with the quality of the offer. PS. Happy to have found an old friend again

Nice place, excellent management, remarkable view. Not cheap... Well prepared food, slightly neutral flavors for my tastes, but quality. It's worth taking a look around. It is certainly the most interesting in the area.

When you return from Cesira you discover something beautiful. La carte is always pleasant to read and rich in content, well done. The display of wines is like in a wine shop, live and with interesting labels. The grill is the other fixed point of the atmosphere in the room and also of the kitchen. Experience not to be missed…

The cuisine is refined and nothing is left to chance

I was a guest at the restaurant for lunch last Sunday with friends and well, what can I say, except that it was a wonderful experience. In addition to the great quality of the products (menus & wines) and the high elegance/preparation/gallantry of the staff, the savoir-faire of responsibility (Cesira is presumed) stands out, an element to be taken seriously in order to feel pampered during the experience.
