We were lucky enough to be able to have dinner at the "meat center". An intimate dinner of the highest quality. Trained staff present and attentive. A selection of delicious typical appetizers, plentiful and of high quality and presentation. A breaded slice of pezzata rossa and a t-bone of scottona of pezzata rossa of the highest quality and masterfully prepared, at the end a small surprise with lamb marinated for 24 hours and cooked in the oven, which had nothing to envy of the pezzata rossa! Congratulations for everything!
