Casaciomod In Modica

We went yesterday for an education and workshop on Modica chocolate and I must say that it was a fantastic experience, my family and I were treated very well by the staff of the workshop led by Mrs Francesca with the collaboration of Mela and Liliana. They explained to us the entire process that takes place to arrive at the Modica chocolate bar produced by Ciomod, all done strictly by hand with raw materials of absolute excellence, we also had the opportunity to make 2 chocolate bars each with our own hands. The explanations and assistance of the chocolate masters Francesca Mela and Liliana were truly great, thank you!!! Details always make the difference and you did it great, very good!!!
