Every now and then I return, but I always find the same standard that doesn't improve. Fixed price lunch menu not too cheap. Very suggestive external location. Friendliness

The place is very nice, shame about the weather, they have a beautiful space in the garden, the food was excellent, the price was normal, the service was good, the waiters were kind and helpful, I would say ok

Recommended restaurant. nice location both summer (outdoors) and winter. Large parking availability. Good welcome and friendly service, sometimes a little slow. traditional cuisine. The only drawback is that it is always quite crowded and therefore a little noisy, and not always efficient.

Really positive experience. We went to this restaurant surrounded by greenery for a Sunday lunch and we were all satisfied. The service is impeccable, professional and friendly at the same time. The environment is very spacious and bright. The menu offers a great choice. We opted for several first courses, some even off the menu and they were all delicious. We then continued with some side dishes, a plateu of fried polenta with various cheeses and some excellent fried crescentine. Needless to say, everything was excellent. Super recommended restaurant!

One of the last remaining Bolognese restaurants. Must try the fried Bolognese and the tartare!!!

Ci piace sempre andare in questo ristorante che conosciamo da anni e che non ci delude mai! Infatti, mangiato benissimo dallo sformatino delizioso, dalle crescentine con affettati e formaggi! Poi un filetto al pepe verde che ci ha veramente messo a posto col mondo! Come pure la polenta fritta e i formaggi e il risotto anche buonissimo! Un buon vino e che dirvi di più?? Andateci vi piacerà come a noi!!!

Per iniziare ottimamente il 2024 ? Fare? Pranzo al carosello di Pianoro. Al solito tutto ottimo ,filetto di maialino lardellato che si scioglieva in bocca, ma...un ma c era.. .avevo voglia aNche di tagliatelle al ragù ,e che fare??? Me le son portate a casa e mangiate oggi ....super squisite. Grazie Mauro e Morena!!!❤️💖

Mercanzie Lounge Bar

16/05/2024: It is located in one of the most beautiful views of Bologna, unexpected cocktails, a very clever menu and good guys behind the counter. Basically, a Madosca place!! #merchanzieammila
06/05/2024: Bar in Piazza delle Mercanzie, a little more secluded than the chaotic adjacent streets. I also like this place for this reason. It has tables outside and you can enjoy drinks and food. Friendly staff although not always very quick. We went on Saturday evening and had three aperitifs and a club sandwich (the latter requested without sauces). It arrived after almost an hour with the sauces. After a while, the owner rushed over, apologizing and rebuilding the club as we had requested. What can I say: admirable. Everyone can make mistakes and if there are also excuses and the desire to make amends, everything is forgiven. I recommend it and will definitely return.

31/03/2024: We discovered this restaurant quite by chance and it would have been a shame to miss it!!! A real gem far from the beaten track, just incredible, truly exceptional cuisine at a reasonable price, the specialist guides will quickly take an interest in it, hurry up before it's too late and you have to book months in advance advance, enjoy your meal 🍽👨‍🍳 Fresh homemade bread, the coperto of €3/person is amply justified Excellent baked rabbit, however you should consider doubling the quantity of sauce because the meat and polenta absorb very quickly
09/03/2024: Very good menu of traditional and other dishes. Cozy atmosphere and excellent service. Definitely coming back.
