Una menzione d’onore va alla Carnezzeria, macelleria/braceria dove abbiamo gustato a prezzi onesti in un ambiente casalingo ben diverso dai ristorantini più turistici di piazza Plebiscito una monumentale tartare di manzo, una tagliata non da meno, fegatini, salsicce e bombette a profusione senza nemmeno scomodarci per scegliere i tagli al bancone.

An honorable mention goes to the Carnezzeria, a butcher's/braceria where we enjoyed a monumental beef tartare, a cut no less, livers, sausages and bombette in profusion at honest prices in a homely environment very different from the more touristy restaurants in Piazza Plebiscito without even bothering to choose the cuts at the counter. Very approachable and friendly service.

Also an excellent place to grab a quick sandwich, very fast and friendly, very affordable price and excellent quality of meat! Really good. (Only the type of bread wasn't to my taste but that's a personal thing)

La sua bellezza è racchiusa nella sua semplicità, il personale mi è risultato gentilissimo e sempre attento. La carne ben cotta e il prezzo onesto. Sicuramente ci tornerò.

19/05/2024: Location molto gradevole, servizio attento e premuroso sopratutto da parte dei due titolari Giandomenico e Francesco. Un antipasto di terra completo e con sapori e prodotti locali: capocollo di Martina Franca squisito, cipolle di Tropea dolcissime, gateau di patate, parmigiana, peperone fritto con letto di purè di patate, involtini di zucchina, caciocavallo e pecorino, melanzane sottolio, misto di peperoni e zucchine; a seguire arrosto misto di carne (salsicce, bombette e tagliata morbidissima e saporita) con patate al forno. Il tutto innaffiato da un rosato Negramaro Chardonnay. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. In passato abbiamo più volte gustato una pizza sempre molto buona con forno a legna.
13/05/2024: I celebrated my millet's first communion... what can I say, everything was perfect... from the food, the kindness of the staff... wonderful location and above all thanks to Giandomenico who coordinated the whole lunch for us. SUPERLATIVE EXPERIENCE! You made the event unforgettable my son's communion day.
