I thought the starters were better.....very cheap

Excellent discovery, typical dishes prepared with quality ingredients. Very friendly and smiling staff. Prices in line with what is offered. I suggest Vicenza-style cod and asparagus.

Very kind. Maybe a little expensive. The food is excellent but be careful with the cooking. For example, the risotto was a little overcooked

Easter lunch absolutely lived up to expectations! Top à la carte menu. Much appreciated local specialties, asparagus, cod on everything. Impeccable service from very kind and knowledgeable staff. Wines paired perfectly with dishes. We will definitely be back. Price aligned with the quality of the lunch.

Thanks to the lady (I think the owner) all the restaurants were fully booked, here a table had just become free, to our delight and I ate the best dish of Venetian liver with polenta accompanied by a delicious glass of red wine, bigoli with duck ragout, tiramisu and yellow cream with biscuits were DELICIOUS!!!

Very nice place I had lunch there and it was a truly pleasant experience inside the place you immerse yourself in the history of Bassano the liver was very good but in any case both the rosbif the wine and the cheese platter were excellent the pleasant intimate family atmosphere the friendly and attentive staff, excellent value for money!

Locale storico a pochi metri da piazza Libertà. Apparecchiatura tradizionale e atmosfera conviviale. Buoni prodotti anche se il servizio dovrebbe essere reso meno “ansioso”: cameriere efficienti, gentili ma troppo “presenti” tanto che non appena vedono un piatto vuoto si “avventano” a sbarazzarlo. Consigliati i bigoli e la crema della nonna. 3 piatti, un dolce, un’acqua, un calice di Vespaiolo, due coperti 45€

Piacevole pranzo in questo locale che non conoscevo... A Bassano per una mostra al museo civico, abbiamo prenotato in questo locale... Arredamento interno classico, datato ma accogliente... Locale della tradizione con piatti assai buoni come i bigoli alla bassanese o il roastbeef con purè fatto come una volta... Il menù è in tre lingue: italiano, dialetto Veneto e in inglese... non amo il baccalà alla vicentina, ma l'ho assaggiato e devo dire buono... Il tutto viene accompagnato da un buon rosso del territorio... Si finisce coi dolci: il tiramisù della casa (crema fantastica ma biscotti troppo secchi), semifreddo al pistacchio (buono) e crema al limone 🍋 (molto valida) con biscotti... Prezzi in linea col locale e comunque non esagerati.... Servizio veloce e puntuale. Se si è a Bassano per una visita o solo di passaggio, questo locale merita una sosta. Sicuramente da ritornare...
