Cantina La Barbera In Napoli

Food okay. There was no sign of tablecloths on the tables. Cutlery placed on a small plate. Glasses that "stuck" to the table evidently not cleaned well.

It is a multifaceted place. A great restaurant and a nice tavern (which this time I only visited). A wine list with important labels, a complete menu, which includes both meat and fish. Dishes that are not only tasty, refined, elegant in presentation and right in quantity. Absolutely good prices and perhaps even a little below average if you consider all the elements I have listed. Impeccable staff.

Very characteristic environment with quality food and excellent service

The best, the attention Francesca, full of sympathy and kindness, recommended us the best dishes and showed us the meat maturation chamber so we could choose the tastiest piece. They also showed us the cool, discreet interior rooms to enjoy a sublime meal in a relaxed atmosphere and at the height of the service and place. A pleasure to taste the various meats here....we will return and recommend it!!!!

E' un ristorante che frequentavo anni fa. Poi ebbi qualche cattiva esperienza con il servizio e non ci andai piu'... saputo che era cambiata la gestione ci sono tornato e bene ho fatto! Il locale mantiene il suo stile elegante e senza tempo, con i tavoli ben distanziati, e ha guadagnato nel servizio, che e' attento e professionale ma anche simpatico e familiare. La cucina e' di elevato livello. Non sperimentale ma comunque originale ( finalmente un risotto senza soffritto di cipolla!) e con ottime materie prime. Con un particolare riguardo alle carni, rispettando in questo la antica tradizione del locale. Buona la scelta dei vini e qualche distillato raro... in ultimo: e' ben frequentato, difficile trovare gente chiassosa e con i telefonini a mille!

All really very pleasant. Of the welcome and friendliness of the director to that of the staff. Very refined and elegant atmosphere, the restaurant is rustic and particular down in the pizzeria and the food is excellent

Tagliate, Montepulciano, excellent desserts and first courses. Friendly, professional and helpful staff. Excellent value for money.

Locale raffinato il giusto che non mette imbarazzo, molto particolare la location perché si tratta di un appartamento quindi ci sono più stanze dove sono posizionati i tavoli. Il personale è molto cortese e ti assiste con gentilezza. I piatti sono particolari e tutti buoni, c’è un ampia scelta di vini e nel complesso ho passato proprio una bella serata.
