Excellent dishes and superlative view. I don't give my best in terms of service just because the chairs outside are really very uncomfortable.

Esattamente ciò che vogliamo mangiare a Frascati. Piatti classici della tradizione PERFETTAMENTE cucinati con prodotti di qualità e qualche piatto tradizionale sapientemente rivisitato, in un locale senza pretese dal sapore classico. Cucina: Il menù è composto da poche voci, 4/5 antipasti, 4/5 secondi, 4/5 primi e qualche dolce, perfetto, onestamente avrei ordinato tutto. SPETTACOLARE la pancetta in agrodolce con insalatone di puntarelle, zucca e mosto. DA NON PERDERE la porchetta, dal sapore intenso e la crosta croccantissima e i fagioli con le cotiche, il tutto accompagnato da ottimo pane. CARBONARA MOLTO BUONA. Servizio ottimo, personale gentile e disponibile. Ambiente: classico di una trattoria, pavimento alla palladiana, tavoli in legno, luce tenue , cucina a vista, tovagliette in carta. Molto accogliente e caldo. Prezzi onesti. Torneremo sicuramente in estate per mangiare sulla terrazza con vista dal belvedere.
