Ristorante Celide, Italia In Lucca

12/11/2023: I expected more, good quality of meat but little choice on the menu, I had seen many good things from the photos (cheeses, Angus, wide choice of wines, I expected there to be Syrah from the Mordini estate) which were not present on the menu. There were no oil or salt on the table, I would have put a little more on the meat. The service was cold, the chosen wine was opened without letting us taste it.

26/09/2023: Purely meat restaurant in the center of Barga, a small village in Garfagnana. Excellent tartare with an intense flavour, decent hamburger, perhaps the lard covered the taste of the hamburger meat a little too much. Try again with other types of meat
