Beautiful experience shared with family. It is the third time we have had lunch in this small corner of Sardinia at the gates of Val Seriana, in the province of Bergamo. Like every time we have been here, we chose something new from the menu, which varies based on the period and the raw materials available. I really appreciate the fact that the way in which the raw materials are processed is taken care of, trying to reduce waste to a minimum, so as to allow me to have an excellent product served in an excellent manner. The Crab Roll was simply divine, the roll was soft but crunchy at the right point, the crab and its mayonnaise were soft and fresh, in one bite you savored everything and enjoyed it until the end. My child loved the sandwich, but even more he liked the small welcome appetizer, a very crunchy prawn fried in panko with a slightly spicy mayonnaise, he would have eaten a ton of it! The octopus was tasty and served with a burnt lemon powder which enhanced the overall taste. It's impossible not to get fregola when you eat here. This time it was served with a fish stew, accompanied by some very fresh salted ricotta and fresh oregano which gave a great flavor to the dish, making it truly delicious. Finally, the roasted rabbit buttons were a real surprise. Tasty just right, the bottom gave body to the button, accompanied by this cheese foam that lightened the dish, making it very appetizing. Finding other terms to describe how much attention and care they put into making you feel at ease is something you find in very few places. Burro is one of them, and I highly recommend it to everyone if you want to have a nice experience like this.

Excellent restaurant. The business lunch is unrivaled. Well-groomed and always surprising. The refined evening menu uses excellent quality raw materials. I often go back there with friends too. everyone is satisfied.

Offre pranzi di lavoro, si può scegliere tra una, due o tre portate. Cucina di qualità altissima. Tutti i piatti sono ben cucinati e ben presentati. Posizione centrale. Parcheggi nelle zone adiacenti.
