Fortuitamente siamo capitati in questa gustosissima braceria. Eccezionali le verdure sott'olio fatte dalla moglie del proprietario, carne alla brace cotta sui carboni e non alla griglia come solitamente avviene . Da provare.

Ottimi piatti a base di carne.e non solo.(è tutto fatto in casa dalle verdure grigliate e sott'olio,i taglieri di formaggi buonissimi ) e il Signor Michele cuoce la carne come solo lui sa fare. Un campione 🏆

Questa braceria nel cuore di Valenzano merita tutte le stelle possibili. Eccellente in tutto! Carne buonissima, Michele il proprietario e tutto il suo staff ( Paola in testa a tutti) da 10 e lode, sempre attento e premuroso ma mai invadente. Prezzi modici.

Rubio's Corato

09/03/2024: While passing through Corato we wanted to try a meat-based dinner in a "typical" restaurant. The butcher shop with cooking service format is quite widespread in the village, there are several, but on the advice of a friend we went to Rubio's. Once we entered the restaurant we were greeted with a smile by a nice crew, behind the meat counter there was a gentleman who very politely and politely explained to us the different cuts/types of meat and how they were offered and the different specialties. After the selection we sat down at the table and in the space of a few minutes they brought both drinks and food to the table. We liked everything we chose, cooking and seasonings spot on. We spent the right amount in relation to the quality of the meat, the venue, the service and the format. If I return to Corato we will return.

03/04/2024: We had dinner this evening at the grill in question. Cozy and easy to reach place with convenient parking. We were served by the very helpful Francesco, who made us taste many typical high quality products of the area, for an exceptional value for money. Absolutely worth repeating Highly recommended
