Good evening to all Braceria bifulco, so in this episode I advise you to improve your service skills, so why my son Giuseppe Conti was proclaimed student president of the institute this year and to celebrate we went to this place which was hugely appreciated by many distinguished ladies and gentlemen (even children of course) however the only positive thing I have noticed is the excellent quality food I must say, in my opinion obviously,
for this time I give you 3 stars but I expected much more from you 😔😔🍕

Beautiful, elegant and refined location. As well as the staff, highly professional and impeccable in their service. The meat here is a journey into world quality, a gastronomic experience of depth, and as such it is paid for. It is not a village barbecue place, the researched and selected products are of a high economic range. The wine list is also extensive. I would like to recommend the place, as long as you are aware of receiving a starred bill.

The quality of the meat is unparalleled!
I don't eat meat unless it's cooked well...
I ate this with gusto, even rare!
Excellent!
It wasn't just a simple piece of meat but a real 'experience'!
Also generous portions of both meat and side dishes.
Impeccable attention to detail and customer service.
The waits between one dish and another seem to be planned down to the minute!
Even though the room was packed with people, the waiting times were very fair.

-Locale affine alle steakhouse americane (molto accogliente)
-Personale gentile, preparato, non pretenzioso ma ricercato
-Prodotto di ottima qualità
-Prezzo troppo alto per quello che propone
La differenza che ho notato rispetto a tante altre braceria sta nel personale che ti coccola e ti segue passo per passo. Inoltre ha tre razze bovine di suo allevamento che propone in tt i suoi tagli, oltre alla wagye Giapponese. Non ha altre razze, magari carni straniere e più ricercate. Per quello che propone, a mio parere il prezzo è sopravvalutato. Non siamo in una stella Michelin nè in una guida Michelin dove un dolce di dimensioni microscopiche te lo fa pagare 12€.

Prendiamo in 4 una chateubriand ed una tbone con contorni. Carne ottima, contorni bocciati porzioni limitate e piuttosto incolori. Buoni i dolci. Vino con giusto ricarico. Prezzi alti
