We book on 04/25/2024 because, in view of a weekend in the capital, while looking for a nice place to have dinner, "Bosco Officine del tartufo" catches our eye. This evening at dinner, what can I say, starting from the owner of the restaurant, a welcoming, warm and professional person. A kind and attentive service with a place that is nothing short of fantastic from the furnishings to the window overlooking the kitchen. The dishes then, a unique failure that can only make the rest of the dinner as pleasant as ever. I highly recommend trying it. It will definitely be a point of our choice on other occasions.

restaurant in the heart of the pigneto discovered by chance, my friends and I should have gone to a pizzeria in the area but on google maps it was marked as "crowded place"... intrigued... I changed venue and booked straight away! What a surprise! the owner Guido and the manager Roberta won us over with their kindness... but the dishes... amazed and shocked us! Each dish better than the other! perfect in everything, from typical Abruzzo cured meats and cheeses to truffle tagliolini! Optimal ! I'll be back! we'll be back !

The Bosco Restaurant is a true pearl of Pigneto. Delicious food and pleasant environment. The waitress and the owner were very professional and kind. We will definitely be back!!

A real surprise, I've known his name for years but had never tried it, each course is delicious and tastes like truffles, the egg and truffle crouton is divine... quick and courteous service, good wines, you spend the right amount in fact Priori I thought worse but it's honest!

Ottimi i tagliolini al tartufo e gli gnocchetti sempre al tartufo. Crostoni interessanti e sempre scelte di tartufo a diverso sapore. Una esperienza che si può fare anche per incoraggiare i giovani innovativi. Auguri per il loro futuro!

Ristorante scoperto per caso spulciando i ristoranti tramite Google Maps. Attirato dal nome e dalle foto mi ha da subito trasmesso fiducia, nonostante parliamo di un prodotto (il tartufo) soggetto ad essere uno specchietto per le allodole e invece BOOM, prodotto TOP. Il locale piccolo ma accogliente, caldo, vivace e ben pensato nello stile. Personale educato, professionale e super preparato, sempre disponibile e sorridente. Il Menu sicuramente per scelta non presenta moltissimi piatti e secondo me è una scelta super azzeccata. I pochi ma non pochissimi piatti che hanno sono ben studiati, ben fatti e soprattutto di qualità eccelsa, prodotti di dai sapori, dagli abbinamenti e dai gusti next level. Naturalmente il protagonista indiscusso è il tartufo, ma chiunque entri o voglia provare Bosco, deve assolutamente provare il carpaccio d’anatra cotta a bassa temperatura la quale per gusto e consistenza si sposa alla perfezione con il re del sottobosco. Sì vede che dietro c’è l’amore, la conoscenza e la voglia per fare solo cose buone e belle COMPLIMENTI e a presto per provare altri piatti.
